Widerrufsrecht
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with closing bands, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@mymoop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible to pay shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount you receive.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@mymoop.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items will be replaced. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email at hello@mymoop.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
